In case you didn't know... the U.S. Department of State keeps an up-to-date Travel Advisory site to check the safety of your next potential trip. Easy to search by map or alphabetical list, every country is rated 1 through 4 (1 being lowest risk), along with what potential risks are, and live updates from the Embassy. You can also find useful information such as the country's currency, Visa requirements, and any required vaccinations.
